Traces of Flavor seasoning blends are bottled in reusable glass jars. While we try our best to ensure that our products are packaged well, we understand the risk in shipping glass. If for any reason your package arrives defective, please contact us by email Tracesofflavor@gmail.com with a photo of the defective product and we will have another one sent out to you within 48 hrs. At Traces of Flavor customer satisfaction really is our number 1 priority.
